"How do I retrieve my password?"

To retrieve your MyWave password, follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the MyWave Users login screen on the SGB website
2. Click on the Retrieve your password caption
3. In the Retrieve your Password? window, enter your email address and click Get NEW Password
4. Close this window and go to your email inbox.  Within a few minutes, you will receive an email message from Zywave with a new temporary password

A tip for easy MyWave access in the future:

To create a shortcut icon to your desktop

1. After you have successfully logged into MyWave, place your cursor on a non-text/non-image area of the screen and right-click your mouse.  A pop-up list of commands will appear; including a command to create a short-cut icon.
2. Next, scroll down to this command and left-click to select it. Your system will then walk you through creating a short-cut icon on your desktop.
3. After you've created a MyWave short-cut on your desktop, double-click it and you'll be taken directly into MyWave, without needing to provide your user name and password.
