Property and Casualty
· Respond to claim related calls from the client, insurance company adjusters, independent adjusters and claimants.
· Respond to and handle all complaint calls or disputes relating to claims and take appropriate measures to resolve these issues with company carriers and/or adjusters
· Review loss runs and analyze trends, frequency and type of claims.
· Coordinate and facilitate claim meetings with our clients and their carriers that require specialized servicing and/or handling.
Workers' Compensation
· Offer complete detailed reviews of accounts prior to the annual Unit-Statistical filing to ensure the proper claims data is transmitted to the California Workers’ Compensation Rating Bureau.
· Assist and monitor all activities that may “overlap” into the Workers’ Compensation arena, such as Serious & Willfulls, EPLI claims, 132a’s, Cross Liability suits, etc., as information is available.
· Share Worker's Compensation industry update of events, trends, legal issues etc., as information is available.
· Review & Project Experience Modifications.
