for your business, containing all of your company's specific Benefit Plans, a Wellness Manager, A financial Calculator to help your employees plan for their future as well as other resources to help empower your employees while cutting back on the strain incurred on your HR department. Many features are available in Spanish as well.
The Employee Resource Center is a centralized location for your employees that provides links to carefully selected websites relating to wellness and health for all ages. The ERC encourages employees to take a proactive approach in the care for their health and that of their families.
A personal health advocate is a trained professional, typically a Registered Nurse, who understands the intricacies of the healthcare system and how to navigate through it. This person works with Health Advocate's team of administrative experts who handle claims, benefits, grievances, and paperwork issues until a member’s particular problem is resolved.
HRinsider is a web-based resource designed to keep employers informed about and compliant with the benefits and HR landscape.
